Founded in 1970, the Fundacion Escuela Colombiana de Mercadotecnia (Colombian School of Marketing Foundation) is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the metropolis of Medellín (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Antioquia. Officially recognized by the Ministerio de Educación Nacional, Colombia (Ministry of National Education of Colombia), Fundacion Escuela Colombiana de Mercadotecnia (ESCOLME) is a coeducational Colombian higher education institution. Fundacion Escuela Colombiana de Mercadotecnia (ESCOLME) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
