Established in 1918 , the Azerbaycan Respublikasi Tehsil Nazirliyi (Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan) is the government agency responsible for overseeing and regulating the education system in Azerbaijan. The ministry's main goal is to ensure the quality of education and promote lifelong learning for all citizens.

The ministry is responsible for developing and implementing education policies and programs, as well as regulating and supervising educational institutions and their activities. It oversees the primary, secondary and higher education sectors, as well as vocational and technical education.

The ministry is also responsible for promoting scientific research and innovation in education and for establishing international partnerships and collaborations to enhance the quality of education in Azerbaijan.

In addition to its regulatory and supervisory functions, the ministry also provides guidance and support to students and parents on matters related to education, such as school enrollment, academic programs, scholarships and student loans.

Considering all this, according to ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan plays an important role in promoting the development of education in Azerbaijan and ensuring that citizens have access to quality educational opportunities that meet their needs and aspirations.
