Founded in 1996, the Nevsky Institute of Language and Culture is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the large metropolis of Saint Petersburg (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Nevsky Institute of Language and Culture (NILC) is a very small-sized (¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ enrollment range: 500-999 students) coeducational Russian higher education institution.
